Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with NCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCR2-to-partner and partner-to-NCR2 results are reported.
