Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pS473, Akt_pT308, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with NCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCR1-to-partner and partner-to-NCR1 results are reported.
