NCOR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,815 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC3, USP27X, and NKILA. Each is linked with NCOR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
