NCOR1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOR1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,052 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOR1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with NCOR1P2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOR1P2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOR1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage grouped by NCOR1P2-low versus NCOR1P2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOR1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOR1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
