NCOR1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOR1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOR1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P33, RN7SKP44, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with NCOR1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOR1P1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOR1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P33 grouped by NCOR1P1-low versus NCOR1P1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOR1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOR1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
