NCOA5LP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA5LP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA5LP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS1, CHGA, and KMT2C. Each is linked with NCOA5LP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA5LP-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA5LP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA5LP versus BCAS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA5LP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA5LP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
