NCOA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,896 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, WDR5, and RBM12. Each is linked with NCOA5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA5-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA5 versus ADNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
