NCOA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, Shc_pY317, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with NCOA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA5-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by NCOA5-low versus NCOA5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
