NCOA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS26A, POLR1B, and PRKCSH. Each is linked with NCOA4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA4-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA4 versus VPS26A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
