NCOA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,598 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC49, PCDH19, and P2RY6. Each is linked with NCOA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA4-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA4 versus LRRC49 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
