NCOA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1283-1, RPSAP37, and FCER1A. Each is linked with NCOA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA4-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1283-1 grouped by NCOA4-low versus NCOA4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
