Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ERK2, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with NCOA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA4-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA4 results are reported.
