Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,750 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA2_S579, NCOA2_S699, and NCOA2_S493. Each is linked with NCOA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA2 results are reported.
