NCOA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,443 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, TERF1, and STAU2. Each is linked with NCOA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA2 versus ARFGEF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
