NCOA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and ATM. Each is linked with NCOA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by NCOA2-low versus NCOA2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
