NCOA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 839 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA14, CDK2AP1, and ARL1. Each is linked with NCOA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA2-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA14 grouped by NCOA2-low versus NCOA2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
