NCOA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,502 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEA1, NFAT5, and XYLT1. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA1 versus EEA1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
