NCOA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,340 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, MTA1, and NCOA1_S569. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA1 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
