NCOA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, AKT3, and ANXA1. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA1 versus PLAU in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
