NCOA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, BAG3, and RAD51. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by NCOA1-low versus NCOA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
