Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.
