Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of female receptivity, Golgi vesicle transport, and Female mating behavior. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.
