NCOA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf105, KRTAP19-3, and OR2J2. Each is linked with NCOA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf105 grouped by NCOA1-low versus NCOA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
