Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCMAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCMAP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NCMAP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCMAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and CESC are the cancer types where NCMAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
