NCMAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCMAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,146 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCMAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TJP3_S856, TRIM2, and SYTL3_S243. Each is linked with NCMAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCMAP-to-partner and partner-to-NCMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
