NCLP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCLP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PMPCA, WDR5, and BUB3. Each is linked with NCLP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCLP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
