Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCLN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Annexin-1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with NCLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCLN-to-partner and partner-to-NCLN results are reported.
