NCKAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCKAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, CEP55, and CENPW. Each is linked with NCKAP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-NCKAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by NCKAP5-low versus NCKAP5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCKAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCKAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
