Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCKAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NCKAP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-NCKAP5 results are reported.
