Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCKAP5-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NCKAP5-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher NCKAP5-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCKAP5-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

CHOL, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where NCKAP5-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
