The most reproducible NCKAP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RCSD1_S351, and RIN3. Each is linked with NCKAP1L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCKAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-NCKAP1L results are reported.
