The most reproducible NCKAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Cellular response to environmental stimulus, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with NCKAP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCKAP1 results are reported.
