NCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,641 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, DENND2D, and MTMR2. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCK2 versus PTK7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
