NCK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,675 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, LMOD1, and TCEAL7. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCK2 versus JAM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
