NCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by NCK2-low versus NCK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
