Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,704 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB43, MAP3K11, and FAM168B. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.
