Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,558 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal complex assembly, Positive regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Negative regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.
