Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK7, ACER1, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with NCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK2-to-partner and partner-to-NCK2 results are reported.
