Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCF4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCF4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NCF4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, PRAD, and LGG are the cancer types where NCF4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
