Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,941 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CSF2RB, and SIRPB1. Each is linked with NCF4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF4-to-partner and partner-to-NCF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCF4 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
