NCF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, PKC-b-II_pS660, and GAPDH. Each is linked with NCF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF4-to-partner and partner-to-NCF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by NCF4-low versus NCF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
