Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,078 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rab protein signal transduction, Macropinocytosis, and T cell mediated cytotoxicity. Each is linked with NCF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF4-to-partner and partner-to-NCF4 results are reported.
