Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO1, C6orf118, and DEFA4. Each is linked with NCF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF4-to-partner and partner-to-NCF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO1 grouped by NCF4-low versus NCF4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
