NCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,203 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX11, UNC13D, and MNDA. Each is linked with NCF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF2-to-partner and partner-to-NCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCF2 versus STX11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
