Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, NCF4, and SIRPB1. Each is linked with NCF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF2-to-partner and partner-to-NCF2 results are reported.
