Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, Erythrocytes, and MEP. Each is linked with NCF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF2-to-partner and partner-to-NCF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by NCF2-low versus NCF2-high in BLCA.
