NCF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51J1, TBC1D28, and OR51A4. Each is linked with NCF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF2-to-partner and partner-to-NCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51J1 grouped by NCF2-low versus NCF2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
