Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCF1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NCF1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where NCF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
