Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CSF2RB, and TLR8. Each is linked with NCF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF1-to-partner and partner-to-NCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCF1 versus CYTH4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
