Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCEH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,637 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCEH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD53, LILRB4, and APOBEC3H. Each is linked with NCEH1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCEH1-to-partner and partner-to-NCEH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCEH1 versus CD53 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCEH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCEH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
